Sanden is a psychologist passionate about improving mental health treatment for all Australians. He has experience working in private practice with people struggling with trauma, anxiety, sleep issues, depression, OCD, as well as relationship issues. He is warm, non-judgmental and listens to what each client needs. Working alongside each client, Sanden creates a clear plan so that people can feel better and uses evidence-based skills and strategies to help improve their lives.

Sanden uses elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and other treatment modalities to get people the relief they are seeking from their difficulties.

Sanden has also been involved in the creation and delivery of ADHD support programs, with a focus on creating a warm and inclusive environment. Through this work, Sanden learnt the importance of developing a positive relationship with clients. Sanden prides himself on adapting to the unique needs of each client and enjoys working with a broad range of cultures and client experiences.

Sanden tailors each session to the individual needs of each client. Sanden monitors the progress of every client to ensure they are improving in their mood, confidence, relationships and work. He supports people in reducing their current stressors so they can be more confident in being who they want to be and in improving their relationships with the people around them.

Sanden is currently seeing clients aged 14 and above under funding from Medicare, NDIS and Private Health Insurance.

Sanden works at Mind Health Care Monday to Friday.
