Dr Brendan Meagher is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Mind Health Care in Geelong. Over the past 18 years, he has worked with adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, stress, relationship difficulties, perfectionism, social anxiety, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm.

Brendan is known for combining evidence-based psychology with practical, real-world strategies that clients can apply in everyday life. His approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and focused not only on insight, but on helping people function better, feel more connected, and create meaningful change over time.

He has a particular interest in working with:
• anxiety and overthinking
• depression and low motivation
• social anxiety and avoidance
• burnout and modern stress
• perfectionism and self-criticism
• workplace and professional pressures
• emotional disconnection and relationship difficulties
• men’s mental health
• life transitions and identity changes

Brendan believes good therapy should be both practical and psychologically informed. His aim is not simply to help people understand themselves better intellectually, but to help them build lives that feel more manageable, connected, and meaningful in everyday reality.
