Samantha has a masters degree in Clinical Psychology. She is skilled at engaging with and relating to a wide range of people. To her, therapy means meeting her clients where they are at and creating a safe space for discussions. Together, Samantha and her clients come to a mutual understanding of what the main issues are and decide what is necessary to work through these issues.

Samantha is experienced working with a range of ages and a variety of life difficulties including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflict, sleep, trauma, and emotional regulation. Prior to working at Mind Health Care Samantha has worked in public youth mental health and private practice.

Samantha primarily works from a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approach but draws upon alternative approaches when required. Treatment is always informed by the latest evidence. Additionally, however, Samantha has an interest in spirituality and how spirituality overlaps with psychology.

Samantha is currently accepting referrals and works at Mind Health Care on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
