Celeste is a registered clinical psychologist with a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology providing treatment to adolescents, adults and older adults presenting with a range of mental health issues. She is passionate about helping her clients become more resilient, make meaningful changes, develop adaptive coping strategies, and learn how to better manage distress. She has experience in a number of different settings working with a wide range of client groups.
Celeste works collaboratively with her clients to deliver individualised treatment based on the client’s needs and treatment goals. She draws from a range of evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution focused therapy.
Celeste values the importance of creating a safe, non-judgemental, respectful and caring space in which clients can explore their presenting concerns. She offers treatment to people presenting with:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Trauma
- Stress
- Grief and Loss
Celeste works at Mind Health Care on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday, and sees clients privately and via Medicare, NDIS, TAC, and WorkCover.
